We are proud of our design and quality of our products and we hope they bring you delight, however, should you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return it simply return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging and with the receipt or reasonable proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.
- E-mail us at info@amazingmerino.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your order to let us know you wish to return the product. You can use the 'Contact us' form if you wish.
- Return the product within 28 days of receipt of your order for a refund, replacement or exchange.
- Post to our returns address – 4, The Churches, Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancs. OL6 6TJ.
- Include your Name, Address, telephone number and email address.
- If the product is faulty please return it in original condition.
- Once the item has been received and inspected a refund will be issued and a credit applied to the original method of payment. We will e-mail you to notify you that we have received the item, a refund is being issued and the value of the refund.
- Refunds will normally be processed within 5 days of receipt of goods.
- Cost of our basic delivery postage will be included in your refund.
- Cost of return postage will not be refunded except where the item is faulty.
- We cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and we therefore recommend at least having obtaining proof of purchase.
